Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist

This position reports to the Accounts Receivable Lead. This position is responsible for submitting invoices via email, mail, and EDI. Interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, planning and organizational skills are required. Position requires a high level of accuracy, quantity and proficiency of work in a busy atmosphere. Ability to work on your own, develop, and be a self-starter. This position is a fulltime salaried position

• Prepare/analyze BOLs to prepare for billing
• Work with CSR / POA to reconcile invoice issues
• Complete billing cycle with invoicing and posting
• Solving problem issues as they arise
• Document relevant data
• Develop and maintain customer relationships at a high level
• Strong level of data entry skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• High level of communication
• Use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• General understanding of inventory / purchase orders / bill of ladings
• Sense of urgency / able to manage time / meet deadlines
• Other job duties as assigned

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a billing environment
• Strong understanding of Microsoft applications
• Accounting or Finance degree desire
• Experience with working in the US clients is desirable
• Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Demonstrate commitment in upholding core values and behavioral standards
• Excellent customer service, problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong command of the English language, both oral and written
• Training will on the night shift but will transfer to a Dayshift schedule once done with the
  training.
