The purpose of this position is to ensure the processing and completion of all allocated workwithin the Asset Compliance team. This may include but is not limited to plan itemregistrations, maintenance issues, fire compliance, pool and other compliance, generalcompliance, and general administration. Assistance across insurance and repairs andmaintenance style tasks may be required
Responsibilities
Manage and action Work Queue items efficiently and deliver within allocated time frames.
Provide exceptional internal and external customer service
Process all plant item registrations when required for the company to ensure the lifts, escalators and moving platforms are renewed annually and a certificate of plant item is issued.
Report to strata managers and/or building managers (or other relevant department) any maintenance issues reported by internal or external parties.
Process Fire Statements and related work when required.
Manage and maintain relevant registers including telecommunications.
Assist with arranging all other compliance certificates and registrations required by applicable legislation.
General administration and tasks as required within the determined or notified timeframe or service level agreement.
Promptly attend to phone calls and emails to maintain the professional service the company offers clients.
Manage electronic filing of documents for the Group.
Management of incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and distributing.
Liaising with various groups such as fire contractors, Committees,
Owners, Real Estate agents, Tenants, local Councils and any other relevant body to assist with queries, requests, emergency attendance and conflict resolution.
Assist with Insurance and Repairs and Maintenance administration where required or allocated.
Qualifications
With at least 1 year of experience in data entry or admin is required.
Experience working with insurance or assets & facilities would be an advantage

Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Must have basic to advance knowledge with Microsoft office is required
Amenable to work onsite in BGC (morning shift) Mondays to Fridays
