The Operations Administration & Support role is essential in ensuring the seamless operation of the Business Operations department. This position is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel and events, providing administrative support, and facilitating effective collaboration across departments to uphold a productive and well-organized workflow.Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Appointment Management
- Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings for the Executive Director of Operations and the General Manager of Business Operations.
- Maintain the department's operations calendar, scheduling regular operations meetings, bi-weekly Operations and GPLT reviews, as well as monthly and quarterly evaluations.
Travel Coordination
- Arrange travel logistics, ensuring all travel details are efficiently organized and communicated to the appropriate parties.
Event and Meeting Coordination
- Oversee the organization of events and meetings, including booking venues, preparing meeting spaces, and arranging necessary resources.
- Ensure all logistical requirements are met for successful and productive events.
Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Executive Director of Operations and General Manager of Business Operations.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Input data, update records, and maintain databases accurately.
- Assist in documentation processes, including managing document controlQualifications:
