An Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in the delivery of services to clients. This role will be part of the Wealth Management division and will be in charge of producing Portfolio Reviews and documents for assessment in preparation for client meetings with the use of financial planning software program. The person for this role must have high attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills, and must be resilient and enthusiastic when handling difficult or challenging tasks.
Responsibilities
Producing Portfolio Reviews and documents for assessment in preparation for client meetings with the use of financial planning software program (specifically, XPlan). This will involve:
Inputting data provided by a manager in the financial planning software
Reviewing the data in the financial planning software to ensure it is accurate
Generating and compiling reports from the financial planning software
Using the financial planning software to prepare other documents
Up to an average of 60 portfolio reviews per month (will vary between months)
Assisting in administration tasks for client meetings and on an ongoing basis (e.g. account applications)
Managing data in a financial planning software, including:
Setting up new clients and related information into the software
Updating investment information in the financial planning software on a regular basis
Responding to deadlines delegated by senior team members
Discussing delays with senior team members as soon as they become apparent
Producing high quality documents that are accurate across spelling, grammar, formatting and data through careful review of one’s own work
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business or Accounting
Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred experience with Financial Planning Software, namely XPlan, but not a strict requirement
Preferred experience of practical work in the industry of 1-2 years, but not a strict requirement
Preferred experience working with Australian clients, but not a strict requirement
Preferred experience or knowledge in software coding
The person must have high attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines, and must have interest in and aptitude of learning how to use new software / technologies
This person must have excellent written and oral communication skills
This person must be highly engaged, focused, and data driven, and must be approachable and professional
Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, in the morning shift
