After Sales Service Consultant

POSITION OVERVIEW

The After Sales Service Consultant manages changes, payments, amendments, administration of bookings and associated needs of customers travelling to destinations offered. You will be expected to manage customer needs after they have converted via both email and inbound calls on a daily basis. This includes inbound call handling, outbound calls to customers who have made queries and email responses to customer queries.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling all inbound calls, and e-mail enquiries
  • Deliver timely and accurate details to ensure timely information flow and payment of the customers
  • Check and validate the completeness of documents before processing; check source documents for accuracy and verify data and correct data where necessary
  • Responsible for accurately entering information into the relevant systems in a timely manner whilst ensuring quality and accuracy of data
  • Deal with all enquiries politely, courteously, professionally and assertively

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required
  • Candidates must have strong attention to detail and can work well under pressure
  • Must be organized and systematic in handling multiple tasks
  • Experience with data entry, administrative tasks and customer service is an advantage
  • Experience with Travel account is an advantage
  • Experience using travel reservation tools such as Galileo and Amadeus is an advantage but not required
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Candidates must have strong English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, in a night shift
