We are currently in need of an experienced analyst to support internal users, applications, and platforms utilizing efficient practices and providing timely adjustment as necessary.
Responsibilities
Responsible for providing application and Level 1/2 desktop support for local and remote teams
Managing and escalating frontline support tickets across a wide variety of technical support tasks
User Management
Software Deployment
Licensing
As part of the support team, you will have to work with and on-going training and development opportunities to enhance your skill-base
Qualifications
2+ years IT service desk and desktop support experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, SQL Server, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy and RDS, Google G Suite
Wifi and Printer troubleshooting
Excellent Time Management & Organisational Skills
Ability to interact effectively within and across other teams
Analytical and data driven approach
Strong technical acumen, interpersonal and communication skills including both oral and written proficiency
Bonus: Exposure/Familiarity to Linux, PHP, C#, Visual Studio, ASP.net
Bonus: Experience with supporting Mac based devices in an enterprise environment
Bonus: Experience with SolarWinds MSP, Ubiquiti systems, vmware/vcenter , Azure Recovery Service, Bonus: VOIP/SIP support and troubleshooting
