The MRI System Administrator focuses on application management and technical support, utilising MRI and its associated software platforms such as eConnect, Nexus, MyBuilding and Hydra. The role is also highly involved in providing resolutions regarding updating, patching and upgrading of the system and will in ensure that all processes, policies and internal controls are followed and that the corresponding actions to be taken are valid.
Responsibilities
Monitor Shared Mailbox and JIRA tickets set SLA’s pending priority of queries and requests
Ticket and issue triage, recording relevant information, triage and resolution of level 1 tickets, providing user education, sourcing supporting information from users
Maintaining knowledge database, S.O.P’s and reference material based on resolved ticket information
Completion of audit exception reporting on scheduled and ad-hoc basis
Escalating queries to MRI (MyMRI) and Loci (ZenDesk)
Back up on key administration tasks: check number update, bank statement load and import process
User profile management; creation, modification, portfolio visibility, deletion and deactivation
Support FSAD to review and update / maintain SOPs and process flows
Assist the FSAD maintaining Enhancements and Controls register
Create and modify reporting in MRI Query
Adherence to applicable company policies and internal controls
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience working as a System Administrator and Technical Support
Experience in the Property Management and Real Estate industry is an advantage
Must have a solid experience in using MRI Systems
Good background in SQL query writing and Microsoft Excel
Must have an understanding of the basic principles of accounting
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Must have a keen attention to detail
Must be capable of adapting to sudden changes and business progression, and does not work in a formatted way
Must be inquisitive and career-driven and is eager to learn and continuously grow in their career
Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City at early morning shift
