RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cold Calling: Initiating calls to individuals or businesses who may have no prior relationship with the company.
Product or Service Promotion: Presenting information about services to potential customers and highlighting their benefits.
Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers who express interest in the product or service.
Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments for representatives to meet with potential clients or customers.
Customer Follow-up: Following up with customers who have shown interest in the past to encourage them to book in the service.
Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of calls made, outcomes, and customer information.
Handling Objections: Addressing customer concerns or objections effectively to try to persuade them to consider the service.
Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets or other performance metrics set by the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
With at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a small to mid-sized organization
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to be conversational
Previous B2B experience
CRM Experience - ANY
Email and Campaigns experience
Understanding of the sales process and how to generate appointments
Data mining and researching the target market
