The role will support the Finance team by processing financial paperwork, ensuring compliance with government regulations, maintaining financial records, and assisting with audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in processing and filing invoices, receipts, tax returns, and other documents to ensure compliance with BIR and PEZA regulations.
Liaise with third-party providers and government authorities for smooth communication and issue resolution.
Maintain and update procedural documentation for financial processes.
Assist with bookkeeping and accurately record financial transactions.
Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Manage and organize physical financial records, Excel books of accounts, scanned documents, and other related files.
Participate in quarterly and annual audits, providing required documentation and support.
Assist with additional accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
Preferred Experience
Knowledge of PEZA/BIR compliance and accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP).
