We are seeking an enthusiastic Automation Coordinator to join the team. This position would assist the Operations Manager in a migration project which will see the company move to using Actionstep and NetDocuments for practice and document management, a project which is expected to take 12 months. Automation will be achieved by coding both precedent documents and workflows. The role will work closely with an existing Automation Coordinator, meaning that you are learning and working together on the project.

Qualifications
Solid understanding of how precedents work preferably in a legal office environment
Technical ability in programming or coding (prior experience in HotDocs, VBA, Actionstep or NetDocuments – PatternBuilder would be an advantage)
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Ability to generate all types of precedents
Ability to work efficiently and achieve targets set
Ideally have experience in legal software, developing workflows and document management
Understanding of online content and software development
Strong written and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously
1-2 years experience in a similar position
Highly motivated, efficient and proactive
Great administration and time management skills
