This position is responsible in developing, implementing, and maintaining production timelines across multiple departments and build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, external partners and development teams.
Responsibilities
Design & deliver high quality, scalable billing solution that exceeds customer expectations
Work with internal stakeholders to discover, understand and document requirements, and providing process improvement advice using best practice.
Configure and customise all aspects of billing solution.
Assist with data migration, such as formatting and preparing data, uploading to Consumer Lending System and reconciling to legacy systems.
Support post-go live project and program launches.
Own the improvement roadmap and prioritisation for Consumer Lending System within our platform, representing the interests of both Glow, our customers and the end user.
In collaboration with the team, analyse requirements, design and deliver improvement to the recurring billing features providing an enhanced user experience.
Conduct insights analysis to identify and explore new opportunities resulting in improvements to the customer experience and reduce friction through the lifecycle, decrease customer queries/complaints and eliminate Customer pain points
Initiatives will include developing existing and implementation of new infrastructure for products and geographies
Management, co-ordination and resolution of incident management
Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products and new product launch
Create product strategy business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, cost and ROI
Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, external partners and development teams
Qualifications
Knowledgeable in NetSuite/Net loan (Platform)
Experience in management and expertise of any Billing System.
More than 5 years’ experience relevant to Billing Analyst
Experience with Loan Management Systems
Relevant Certification a plus (AAT, CIMA, CPA etc
