A Sales Support Representative achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services to existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. The role must be able to demonstrate products and/or services by personally contacting customers and setting up appointments for sales demonstration with the onshore sales team and business development managers.
Responsibilities
Outbound telemarketing calls from warm customer list predominantly Architectures, Designers and Trade, Follow up inbound & online enquiries
Updating contacts database contacts with missing customer details for marketing purposes (name, email, phone, customer type and organization link)
Lead generation enquiry from existing contact list
Booking face to face appointments for Business Development Managers to assist in their on-road efficiency
Takes qualified sales information and enter the data into CRM for pipeline progress and follow up by the sales team.
Lead qualification and information verification for inbound email website enquiries
CRM database maintenance
Providing assistance through phone calls, emails and chat
Understands lead progress stages in the pipeline.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of relevant administrative/sales experience in a shared service setting
Experience in database management (CRM & ERP)
Excellent English communication skills with the ability to listen and ask questions
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Must be results driven and enthusiastic and organized
Must be willing to learn and adopt new skills
Able to multi-task and handle consistent workflow
Must be amenable to work in an early morning; Monday to Friday work schedule
Must be amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
