The Business Development Consultant will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable in making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities
Qualify warm leads opportunities through CRM
Scheduling meetings for industry trade shows
Cold calling prospects
Conduct market research in line with sales business plan
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Close T3 sales and achieve quarterly KPI’s
Maintain and expand pipeline of prospects
Perform account management tasks by handling inbound contacts and proactive forecasting for peak periods
Perform effective online Sherpa platform demos to prospects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Management
2+ years of proven inside sales experience, with a solid background in conducting market research and cold-calling
Excellent communication skills with a very high level of English
Experience working with Australian and New Zealand Businesses is a plus but not a strict requirement
Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM
Experience working with a tech/SaaS company
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, early morning shift
