Business Development Consultant

The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities and building a network of prospect leads at a B2B level. This role is mainly in charge of contacting prospect clients and establishing a relationship in order to build an effective business partnership with Diversify.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and build a database of prospect leads via online resources, mainly via LinkedIn
  • Contact and establish productive business relationships with clients
  • Work closely with the Head of Growth to manage and deliver key outcomes for the sales side of the business
  • Study client project specifications and requests to ensure that all requirements and guidelines are followed
  • Prepare corporate documents for business and marketing use
  • Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for market research, analysis, report writing, review, and approval
  • Utilise business tools such as Sales Navigator, Zoom Info and Salesforce
  • Develop, implement, and conduct marketing and business development plans and campaigns, and manage end-to-end client relationships

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related course
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of business development and B2B leads generation
  • Solid experience in sales specifically in offering services to businesses as opposed to consumer products
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Zoom Info and Salesforce, is a definite advantage
  • Willing to undergo training and has the right attitude towards work and colleagues
  • Ability to deal with different types of people across all levels within the organization
  • Ability to deal with clients comfortably and confidently at all levels of responsibility, authority, and rank
  • Exceptional time management, multitasking and work prioritization skills with the ability to switch between issues as required
  • Must be detail-oriented, has good judgment and should be able to think strategically
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and has the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at a time
  • Strong commitment to service and a flexible can-do attitude to respond to client and business needs
  • Exhibits a high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and stress whilst still being able to meet very strict deadlines
  • Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City; in an early morning shift /midshift
