As an Inside Sales Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales team's success by serving as both a strategic "Hunter" and an effective "Closer". You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for both project and non-project opportunities across different sectors, leveraging digital channels to identify, engage, and convert qualified leads into lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities
Sales Cycle Management:
Play a dual role as both a strategic "Hunter" and an effective "Closer", managing the entire sales cycle for project and non-project opportunities.
Identify and engage with qualified leads, close deals, and assist in transitioning offline prospects to our online commercial furniture experience.
Drive demand generation by targeting prospective new clients through digital channels, orchestrating meetings, delivering compelling demonstrations of our online experience and increasing program sign-ups.
Maintain proactive engagement with prospects throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless transition from lead to customer.
Client Engagement and Solution Presentation:
Develop a profound understanding of prospects' needs and present tailored solutions within the context of commercial furniture, emphasising both aesthetic and functional aspects.
Showcase the value proposition of our products and the benefits of our online commercial furniture experience, helping prospects visualise the potential of our offerings.
Inside Sales Operations:
Utilising email, voice, chat, and video channels to actively find and engagenew prospects through digital channels.
Leverage digital tools and platforms to streamline sales processes, track leads, and manage customer relationships effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in digital communication channels.
Ability to conduct market research and analyse data to identify potential prospects.
Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively manage sales pipeline and meet targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic sales team environment.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Adaptability and willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends and demands in the digital sales landscape.
