Case Manager

The Case Manager role is responsible for the coordinating and monitoring medical care for patients. Closely working with attorneys, physicians, and patients ensuring high quality service expectations are met with positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for monitoring and supervising the medical care provided to patients.
  • Maintain regular and proactive communication with patients and attorneys, providing updates on medical progress, scheduling appointments, and sharing relevant case developments.
  • Efficiently upload documentation from attorneys/providers into our system, integrating appointment follow-up dates provided by them.
  • Review all emails and escalated cases from the Provider Support Team, taking necessary actions to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Engage in inbound and outbound calls to attorneys and patients, addressing inquiries related to medical care and appointments.
  • Facilitate the completion of new case referral intake and schedule initial appointments, collaborating closely with the intake personnel.

Qualifications

  • Preferred 3 to 5 years of experience in the healthcare field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team, prioritizing excellent customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Maintains composure and professionalism when faced with stressful situations.
  • Adheres meticulously to oral and written instructions and procedures.
  • Demonstrates autonomy in managing own time and work tasks effectively.
  • Exemplifies excellent organizational skills, with acute attention to detail.
  • Upholds high standards of accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
