Catalogue Image Admin Assistant

The Catalogue Image Admin Assistant is mainly responsible for ensuring that the company’s inspirational imagery is appropriately edited, tagged, published and archived, and to create, tag and maintain in the company’s online retail store.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all studio imagery is edited and published onto the relevant product pages
  • Identify studio imagery that is suitable to use for Room Ideas, and edit the images appropriately
  • Follow established processes to set up new Room Ideas pages, including identifying and selecting ‘exact match’ and ‘similar’ products, naming the Room Idea, style tagging and adding product hotspots
  • Copywriting to create relevant and engaging names for Room Ideas
  • Respond to requests from internal team members to set up Room Ideas using imagery from other sources (e.g. mood boards, install projects)
  • Monitor the data quality of existing room ideas pages according to established quality standards, and identify actions required to maintain the data quality
  • Use the content management system to upload, catalogue, tag and archive all studio images accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of style tagging, updating errors and inconsistencies
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the image management and Room Ideas creation processes and associated tools
  • Other ad hoc tasks as requested by your manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in working in the Interior Design industry
  • An understanding of interior styles
  • Knowledge in image cropping tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience with creating online content and working with content management systems
  • Highly computer literate
  • Organised with strong attention to detail, able to catch errors & suggest solutions
  • The ability to learn and follow established processes for content creation and image management
  • Excellent English written communication and copywriting skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a strong level of initiative
  • Organised and with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, early morning shift
