The identified hire will support the International Purchasing and Logistics team on daily admin and operational functions. Will handle payment and document management with suppliers and deal with multiple freight forwarders and suppliers globally to ensure that goods are properly packed into containers and shipped in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Accurately preparing special price loading using excel to support regular promotions
Learning and utilising SQL script for data analysis and report running
Checking of competitors products & prices and making recommendations
Liaising with suppliers and other departments to resolve operational, content or quality issues
New supplier set up and quality control of new submissions
Processing product update tickets and queries
Perform Ad-hoc duties as requested by your manager
Photo editing may be requested but training will be provided
Qualifications
Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in both Quality Assurance, Admin or Data Entry.
Experience in SQL is an advantage
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
At least intermediate to advance skill level in excel
Must have High attention to details
Experience with Australian/US client background is an advantage
Successful hire must have high attention to detail, fast learner and open to learning new things
Schedule will be for Mondays to Fridays, morning shift 7:00am-4:00pm MNL.
This role will be for a temporary work from home setup.
