An Admin Company Nurse Consultant is responsible for providing immediate medical treatment to the employees of the company, which includes administering first aid treatments and proper medication, hospital endorsements for cases which need advanced medical attention, and maintaining medical and other related records of all employees. They are also tasked in performing administrative functions which ensures the smooth workflow of the company facilities and operations. The role requires an up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices, and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

As Company Nurse

 

  • Give first aid treatments and proper medication to employees as needed
  • Observe and record the symptoms and condition of a patient
  • In case of any accidents, accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital
  • Maintain medical and other related records of all employees
  • Examine, validates and makes sure that sick employees submits a medical certificate/fit to work
  • Maintains medical supplies inventory and purchasing
  • Processes employee HMO Coverage
  • Follows up the results for employee pre-employment medical checks
  • Provides medical assessment on employee conditions

 

As Administrative Consultant

 

  • Coordinates and liaises with the building property management team
  • Facilitates gate passes and work permits
  • Provides reception support
  • Validates, reviews and processes billings payment requests
  • Supervises the performance of Facilities and Admin Support Staff/Assistant
  • Receives, sorts, screens, records and distributes incoming or hand-delivered supplies, correspondence and office mails to appropriate persons
  • Responsible for the safekeeping of vendor contracts or service agreements
  • Provides support to company engagement activities
  • Company ID processing and release
  • New Hire Kit monitoring and purchasing
  • Client Welcome Pack monitoring and purchasing
  • Pre-employment requirements Kit production and distribution
  • Supervises office and departmental supplies purchasing, requisition, inventory and distribution
  • New hire employees My Diversify profile creation
  • Ensures Pre-employment requirements scanning and uploading are accomplished
  • Supports company day to day operational needs as requested by Client Services Team
  • Processes transportation needs of clients:
    • assists in arranging transportation for clients/ expats
    • negotiates rates with vendors
    • coordinates with drivers, vendors and clients in times of changes on the reservation
  • Accommodation requests:
    • assists in making sure that accommodations of the clients are in order prior to their arrival
    • does site inspections of possible hotels/condos/serviced apartments to house the clients
  • Processes business visas for employees scheduled to travel out of the country for professional development
  • Other services like restaurant reservations, events booking as requested by clients
  • Performs other related task assigned by the Facilities and Administration Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree, in Nursing and a Professional License (Passed Board/ Bar/ Professional License Exam) holder.
  • With at least one (1) year working experience as a Company/Hospital Nurse is required for this position
  • Experience in the hospital setting is preferred
  • Experience in the Emergency Room Department is an advantage
  • A Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification is an advantage
  • Good English communications skills (both oral and written). Able to communicate with all levels of authority
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Able to work independently, highly driven, team player
  • With pleasing personality, positive working attitude, and customer service oriented
  • Highly organized with keen attention to details
