This person will be supporting and processing contracts and documents. Also, needs to maintain and process all requests in the dashboard.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create form 6 from data that the agent provided and pricefinder and send back to the agent
Create marketing quotes as requested by Agent
Send deposit receipts once received from Trust to applicable buyers
Create signboards and send proof to Agent for approval
Edit signboards as needed, once approved order
Create Brochures and send proof to Agent for approval
Edit Brochures as needed, once approved, order
Create DL’s and send proof to Agent for approval
Edit DL’s as needed, once approved, order
Receive offer proforma from Agent, duplicate master contract and enter all relevant details, complete contract and form 8 and send back to agent
Send offer contract to buyers and agent for signing in correct order for signing.
Order disclosure statements
Once Disclosure statement is back, send to seller to initial and sign via electronic signing platform. Once back signed, save to CRM
Load photos into ReNet and floor plans into CRM & OneCoronis
Create Master contract documents in Contract platform and upload to CRM.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree relevant to the position
Property Management Experience required
AU Experience - Preferred
High Attention to details
