A Customer Service Administrator interacts with customers and acts as a liaison between customers and companies by providing information to address inquiries regarding products and services.
Responsibilities
Check and process all sales orders according to guidelines into the ERP system (Pronto)
Validate instructions, freight requests, pricing and deals as required
Advise customers and receive confirmation for any changes to PO pricing
Advise all backorders to customers
Use the Freight Exception Report to check and email customers to let them know where the goods are and the ETA for delivery
Contact various carriers to lodge missing freight queries
Use the ticketing system (Zendesk) to answer all customers and Sales team queries, including:
Order administration and tracking, including cancellation, release and allocation
ETA requests
SOH requests
Close all tickets with full resolution
Ensure all internal follow-up is logged in Zendesk
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and ticketing system
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Contribute to a harmonious working environment and build good working relationships while adhering to policies and procedures
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrate commitment in upholding core values and behavioral standards
Excellent customer service, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to be flexible, adaptable and work in fast-paced environment
Strong command of the English language, both oral and written
Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City and must be willing to be assigned in an early morning shift from Monday to Friday
