Customer Service Administrator

A Customer Service Administrator interacts with customers and acts as a liaison between customers and companies by providing information to address inquiries regarding products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Check and process all sales orders according to guidelines into the ERP system (Pronto)
  • Validate instructions, freight requests, pricing and deals as required
  • Advise customers and receive confirmation for any changes to PO pricing
  • Advise all backorders to customers
  • Use the Freight Exception Report to check and email customers to let them know where the goods are and the ETA for delivery
  • Contact various carriers to lodge missing freight queries
  • Use the ticketing system (Zendesk) to answer all customers and Sales team queries, including:
    • Order administration and tracking, including cancellation, release and allocation
    • ETA requests
    • SOH requests
  • Close all tickets with full resolution
  • Ensure all internal follow-up is logged in Zendesk
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and ticketing system
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Contribute to a harmonious working environment and build good working relationships while adhering to policies and procedures
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate commitment in upholding core values and behavioral standards
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong command of the English language, both oral and written
  • Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City and must be willing to be assigned in an early morning shift from Monday to Friday
