Customer Service Administrator

A customer service administrator is generally responsible for order processing and back office function and to process and provide information in response to orders, enquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with the customer service manager and customer service representatives in order to provide the resolution that is required
  • Order Administration and Tracking of orders which includes cancellation, release and allocation.
  • Answering customer inquiries and requests via email
  • Ensure all internal follow-ups are logged in HubSpot
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast paced startup environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Check and process all sales orders according to guidelines
  • into the client’s ERP system
  • Validate instructions, freight requests, pricing and Deals as required
  • Advise all backorders to customers
  • Data entry and database management

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience is required
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's / College Degree
  • High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Excellent English communication skills in both verbal and written form
  • Knowledge in Hubspot or other ticketing system is preferred
  • Ability to prioritise and good time management skills
  • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Previous experience working for an AU client is preferred but not required
  • Amenable to work in BGC on a day shift Mondays to Fridays
