Answer all incoming customer calls entering job bookings into the system for Couriers , Parcels and Taxi Trucks. In addition, assist customers with queries relating to their freight requirements and any other information that they require.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls relating to job bookings, and enter the requirements into the system.
Process paperwork for accounts to invoice
Provide customer support and answer all customer queries
Speak to drivers, allocators, and other departments about customer queries and follow through with the enquiry until resolution
Support and work closely with all customer service team members
Qualifications
Excellent phone manner
Excellent problem solving ability
2 Plus years’ experience in the Freight Industry
