Customer Service Representative - Real Estate

A Customer Service Representative interacts with customers and acts as a liaison between customers and companies by providing information to address inquiries on real estate properties. In addition, a customer service representative deals with, assists and helps resolve any customer issues and provide overall assistance to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling all telephone and email enquiries
  • Responsible for attending to customer inquiries and concerns, and providing support in monitoring and maintain the accuracy of contracts, accounting and data
  • Provides information to customers and ensures that all questions relating to real estate are addressed efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with goals, which includes call answering time and email turnaround time
  • Dealing with all calls and email enquiries politely, courteously, professionally and assertively
  • Matching customer’s need to client’s products and services
  • Provide well-rounded, prompt, high-quality, and professional client service at all times
  • Any other task/duty as directed by client/management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business and other related courses
  • At least three (3) years of direct customer service experience
  • Highly motivated individual with high energy, passionate about customer service
  • Unparalleled problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Must have excellent people skills and outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
  • Must be willing to learn new skills and be trained
  • Must be passionate in providing excellent customer service
  • Must be resourceful in finding information needed on the company’s real estate listings
  • Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Graveyard shift
