A Customer Service Representative interacts with customers and acts as a liaison between customers and companies by providing information to address inquiries on real estate properties. In addition, a customer service representative deals with, assists and helps resolve any customer issues and provide overall assistance to customers.
Responsibilities
Responsible for handling all telephone and email enquiries
Responsible for attending to customer inquiries and concerns, and providing support in monitoring and maintain the accuracy of contracts, accounting and data
Provides information to customers and ensures that all questions relating to real estate are addressed efficiently
Ensure compliance with goals, which includes call answering time and email turnaround time
Dealing with all calls and email enquiries politely, courteously, professionally and assertively
Matching customer’s need to client’s products and services
Provide well-rounded, prompt, high-quality, and professional client service at all times
Any other task/duty as directed by client/management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business and other related courses
At least three (3) years of direct customer service experience
Highly motivated individual with high energy, passionate about customer service
Unparalleled problem solving and critical thinking skills
Must have excellent people skills and outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
Must be willing to learn new skills and be trained
Must be passionate in providing excellent customer service
Must be resourceful in finding information needed on the company’s real estate listings
Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Graveyard shift
