We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients and maintaining our reputation as a trusted industry leader. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information and solutions to meet their shipping and logistics needs. Your responsibilities will include order processing, issue resolution, building strong customer relationships, maintaining documentation, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Answering customers calls – mostly inbound
Changing delivery details at customer request
General data / CRM cleanup
Customer complaints & esclations
Outbound proactive customer calls & emails (not as many of these)
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service – not specific to phone calls, but can be retail or hospitality and looking to get into phone based customer service.
Basic phone competency at speaking with customers.
Good English speaking and written communicate with customers.
Friendly personality, personable.
