Customer Service Representative
Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Client Success to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming leads and will play a vital role in connecting potential customers with our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and efficiently route them to the appropriate sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential customers.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are routed to the appropriate sales team member.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information and lead details in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and handoff of leads.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with leads as necessary to ensure they are engaged and informed about our services.
- Reporting: Assist in generating reports on lead activity and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English and English Accent
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
