Responsibilities
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
Taking ownership with client/customer issues.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Provides concise information. Has the ability to be able to educate users/drivers of service function.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Qualifications
2-3 years experience in Transport, Logistics, Delivery, or any similar industries.
Strong in chat/phone contact handling skills; and open to handling multiple chats.
Skilled in driving a conversation and probe to discover the root cause of the problem.
Patient in handling difficult enquiries.
Display strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
Cooperative with Team Members and Leads to achieve goals and targets for the day individually as well as a team.
Amenable to be trained across all dashboard tasks (Dispatch, Tracking, Inbound/Outbound Calls, BOH)
