Customer Support Specialist I

We're looking for a passionate team member who will partner with some of the auto industry's top brands to understand the business points and goals, and to recommend scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have customer relationship experience, and is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for every customer. The Customer Support Specialist will work with clients to launch the Client's eCommerce selling channels, including site set up, technical support, and new customer training.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting eCommerce issues with shopping carts, marketplaces, shipping settings, payment settings, and checkout issues
  • Learn and apply industry, company, product knowledge to solve problems 
  • Maintain two-way dialogue with clients on work and results and support our customers on the phone and over email to resolve their issues accurately and as quickly as possible
  • Learn industry best practices, trends, technology, and other information affecting clients' businesses; can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and see how it may impact future results 

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role with a proven track record of resolving customer queries, achieving high customer satisfaction, and handling technical support
  • Prior experience working in a technical customer facing role, and can lend your insight into processes, communication, and escalation procedures 
  • A passion for providing awesome customer service; you treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to "wow" our customers
