Customer Support Specialist (Tracking)

As a member of the Tracking team, you will assist a range of Sherpa's stakeholders with enquiries; including - Individual Users, Clients and Drivers.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that deliveries are picked up and delivered within the service timeframe.
  • Conduct outbound calls and send out text messages (SMS) to drivers partners and
    customers as necessary
  • Management of deliveries to ensure on-time delivery, including reassigning or finding
    a new driver if issues arise
  • Assist in all calls and enquiries in a polite, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Assist client/users and drivers with general enquiries and educate about Sherpa
    policies and processes.
  • Provide well-rounded, prompt and high-quality service to customer at all times
  • Any other task/duty as directed by client/management

Qualifications

  • Strong in phone contact handling skills
  • Skilled in driving a conversation and probe to discover the root cause of the problem.
  • Patient in handling difficult enquiries.
  • Display strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
  • Cooperative with Team Members and Leads to achieve goals and targets for the day
    individually as well as a team
