A Data Administrator enters data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes. The role includes updating and maintaining information on computer systems and in archives.

Responsibilities

  • Entering product data for New Lines and Supplier product lists into AX.

  • Ensure that data is accurately transferred to the Merchandise System from stakeholders.

  • Issuing requests to stakeholders for improved or additional data to maintain system integrity.

  • Responsible for making and maintaining 3-4 systems database.

  • Working with the Space Management Team to ensure that the appropriate range data is passed for planogramming.

  • Working with the Promotions Team to ensure that appropriate data is available for the construction of promotional activity.

  • Completing data integrity checks and passing on relevant issues to stakeholders for follow up and correction.

  • Communication with internal and external suppliers: more on emails, some via phone calls.

Qualifications

  • At least three (3) of related work experience in Data Entry and Administrative Functions

  • Has advanced skill level in MS Excel proficiency required (knowledge in Macros preferred)

  • Provide prompt and professional client service at all times

  • Deliver high level of data accuracy and high data entry key stroke (at least 35 WPM)

  • Organized and systematic in handling multiple tasks

  • Must have effective planning, organizational skills and can work under pressure

  • Organized and systematic in handling multiple tasks is highly preferred

  • High attention to detail, dependable with value for work ethics and customer service

  • Able to express themselves well in the English language with good comprehension skills

  • Background in product specialist is an advantage.

  • Background in healthcare and retail industry is a nice to have.

  • Must have good work ethics and be eager to learn new things.

  • Amenable to work on a hybrid setup (BGC), following a 9am-6pm work schedule
