As the Insights Management Dashboard houses personal data, the compliance and level of management needs a high level of attention to detail, special care and consideration around the sensitive nature of privacy and data security.
Responsibilities
Managing the login queries for all regions and ensuring that the North American Team are completing their tasks within a 24 hour turn around period.
Manage other staff to perform data entry duties in line with their access level efficiently and in a timely fashion.
Reviewing all onboardings and providing feedback and or finalising. Ensuring that all details match HubSpot Records, Insights Operator email is reflective of the location, the Insights notification welcome email is sent to the correct party etc.
Update HubSpot Profile, notify education team of onboarding, update Statistics Spreadsheet and ensure North American Team have the HubSpot profile to update the Insights Spreadsheet.
Managing all daily insights queries and ensuring the spreadsheet updated for control of logins created for reporting.
Managing all Anytime Fitness HQ requests for updated Club ID's to match their records.
Reviewing Anytime Fitness Tech Fee Report on a monthly basis and ensuring newly mandated clubs have full access to the Dashboard.
Managing EOS Fitness Insights Access via spreadsheet on the drive and liaising with Pete McCall for direct location insights emails.
Managing and creating all Master Management Logins.
Completing all EMS Deals ensuring the profiles have the contract attached and note the differentiation between a business sale vs machine sale.
Provide all supporting training and documentation for any staff that take on the onboarding role or any other role relating to dashboard activities.
Manage updates of all billing and subscriptions.
Liaise and log tech tickets with the Tech Team of any issues relating to insights access or areas requiring updates or improvements.
Data Subject Requests via One Trust.
Utilizing SendGrid for managing unsubscribes and checking emails received.
Assess and define improvements alongside other team members from feedback as well as identify areas of improvement.
Provide and manage new feature projects including setting deadlines and managing all areas of the project from design, implementation, testing and release.
Qualifications
Must have at least 2 years of experience in database administration.
Must have data privacy exposure (specifically in Healthcare industry)
