Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a meticulous and goal-oriented Data Entry Specialist who is keen to details, passionate about American popular culture, and is a capable researcher.

• View images and transcribe information of concert and athletic event tickets
• Immediate and quick response to process requests
• Follow data standards while entering information into the system
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of the job
• Ensure all documentation required are prepared and delivered within established deadlines
• Ensure that the requirements of the client’s policies and procedures are implemented and maintained
• Utilize admin platform to research ticket and user data
• Maintain ticket purchases and sales dashboards
• Filter user inquires using customer support dashboard
• Any other task/duty as directed by client/management

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/Associate Degree
• Must have at least a minimum of one to two (1-2) years of working experience in any Customer Service, Admin, or Data Entry position
• Deliver high level of data accuracy and high data entry key stroke
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong attention to detail, can work well under pressure
• Organized and systematic in handling multiple tasks
• Has excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to be flexible to changing demands and challenges and exercise initiative
• Amenable to work on Holidays/Weekends
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule (Morning and Nightshift) in Makati
