The Digital Marketing Consultant is responsible for supporting the team in a range of website-related tasks intended to maintain company’s quality online presence. This would involve performing updates to the company website and assisting the team on a range of diverse website projects, designs, and tasks, as well as responding to standard enquiries to ensure that queries are effectively resolved. The role requires solid knowledge in web analytics, and digital marketing, and an up-to-date knowledge and strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage website content, ensuring that all content, dashboard, contacts, and requests are regularly updated and addressed; Support the marketing team on reviews of the website
Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends direct and make changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines; Identify proper keywords for SEO implementation
Raise, manage and assess website enhancement requests from diverse stakeholders across the business, seeking any approvals needed and liaising with line managers to monitor progress
Take lead on the error correction process of the website and test website enhancements implemented by UX prior to going live
Promptly address, escalate, and resolve standard enquiries and concerns raised in the website and/or social media channel
Implement website projects requested by the team, and build and maintain landing pages for marketing campaigns
Support and configure marketing interventions across a range of tools
Create web and social media reports to track and analyse how activities are performing against objectives
Coordinate team calendars and meetings to ensure efficient and effective team work
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any related course, preferred
Proven work experience in digital marketing and coordination, preferred
Proven “white hat” SEO techniques with other websites, and experience in CRM is preferred
Knowledge in Social Media Management, preferred
Has flawless command of the English language both written and oral with a knack for sentence structure and grammar
Proficiency in Microsoft Office softwares, specifically in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, required
Familiarity and knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and HTML/CSS, desired
Experience using Content Management Systems such as Apostrophe, and social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, desired
Knowledge in Web analytics programs (Google Analytics and Moz Pro tools), an advantage
Understanding of social media trends and digital media technologies, an advantage
Proven success in supporting the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns and strategies
Strong Organizational Skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent comprehension skills
Positive attitude, high energy, proactive, hardworking, and goal oriented
Able to work well in a team or independently with minimal supervision; Easily adapt to change
Flexible and accommodating and able to go above and beyond the basic expectations when required
Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
Must be willing to work in a mid-shift or night-shift
