The Marketing Coordinator provides support to the Marketing Manager by implementing on key day-to-day tasks aimed at customer attraction and retention. The Marketing Coordinator is supported by a high degree of workflow automation using HubSpot CRM.
Responsibilities
Content Production/Design:
Coordinate regular content contribution from internal subject matter experts
Own content production process from author to publishing including contributors, content refinement, creating design elements, seeking approvals, publishing and reporting
Publish content on social media platforms, eDMs, blogs, newsletters, guest articles and product guides
Create layouts in Adobe Illustrator and/or Canva for product guides, reports and brochures
Create design elements for social media, landing pages, forms and eDMs
Manage content calendar to support customer attraction and retention including daily social media posting and regular eDM distribution
Coordinating webinars and basic post-production editing; adding intro and outro screens using YouTube editor
Online Advertising:
Monitor online advertising campaigns targeting specific demographics using AdWords, Google Analytics and HubSpot Reporting
Executing AdWords and digital marketing campaigns including key word research, strategy and reporting
Website Management:
Website content management and maintenance of WordPress CMS
Liaise with web design agency for support and change requests
Execute on changes/optimizations based on website analytics and SEO knowledge
Populate HubSpot landing pages with copy and create designs
Database Management:
Ownership of EDM database including segmentation, data collection and the development and management of the EDM calendar and EDM delivery
Other/Projects:
Manage client inbox by replying and/or referring enquiries to the appropriate person within the business
Research and bookings for events and conference attendance
Support marketing manager with technology implementation and other projects
Qualifications
Degree level education in the field of Marketing, Brand Management or Public Relations
Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing
Prior experience using HubSpot for creating workflows, eDMs, forms, landing pages, mailing lists and maintaining the HubSpot database
Experience using design tools including Canva, Adobe Illustrator and PowerPoint
WordPress experience an advantage
Experienced in end-to-end management of eDMs and digital marketing campaigns
Understanding of the relationship between the various online platforms and how to optimise them for increasing the effectiveness of online marketing
Minimum 2 years’ experience using reporting tools including GoogleAnalytics and SEMRush
Experienced in providing internal weekly and monthly reports
Highly experience managing and posting to social media channels
Experience conducting initial research required for in blogs, whitepapers and articles
Knowledge in brand marketing, email marketing, search engine marketing and search engine optimisation
Up-to-date with the latest online marketing tools and best practices for online marketing and measurement; strong understanding of current online marketing concepts
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Excellent public speaking ability)
Amenable to work in the morning shift, hybrid work setup, with a permanent work location in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
