The Digital Marketing Coordinator role is critical to assisting the marketing and sales teams to reach their goals. In this role, you will be executing our marketing strategy across various digital channels, building data reports, and completing administrative tasks. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
Support marketing team initiatives across our digital channels adhering to brand guidelines and fast-paced schedule
Implement weekly marketing email campaigns and templates by building HTML emails in Pardot CRM as directed by email content calendar, proofing content, conducting a/b testing, list and segmentation building, and reporting
Build and design Landing Pages for marketing campaigns using current best practices to reach targeted audience and optimize conversions
Post content to our social channels including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn following an editorial calendar
Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from Salesforce, Pardot, and social media accounts
Complete administrative tasks such as database cleanup or internal process documentation
Qualifications
At least 2+ years of experience on marketing team as assistant, associate, coordinator or similar role
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Must have experience building email campaigns and a working knowledge of HTML
Experience managing business accounts on social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Prior experience with CRM software, preferred knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Pardot
Ability to work within databases and office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and Airtable
Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative, and demanding work environment that requires meticulous attention to detail
A passion for learning and growth
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
Ability to forge relationships internally and externally
Must be willing to undergo training in the Night shift
Must be willing to transition work into the Afternoon shift after training
