The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing the key day-to-day tasks aimed at customer attraction and retention. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will manage the company websites and social media pages, and will be in charge of creating and managing content to strengthen the company’s online presence.
Responsibilities
Creation and management of Content Plan (to encompass topics for EDMs and Social Media Posts)
Engagement and management of external creatives – marketing agency.
Design, Draft and send Electronic Direct Mail Marketing.
Liase with Managers for input on content / marketing initiatives.
Copywriting and proofreading external communications.
Management of Website content (WordPress).
Plan and deliver Owner Seminar / Webinars
Google Reviews:
Tracking and responding to comments.
Kick starting the complaints process if there is a negative comment.
Reporting of Marketing initiatives, ROI and Budget.
Lead the ongoing maintenance of our brand's social media platforms including content strategy, planning, and development (Facebook, LinkedIn and Google)
Operational Support
Management of production of company videos.
Qualifications
At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Excellent time and workload management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and achieve required outcomes.
You take ownership of tasks until an outcome is delivered.
You are proactive, driven and are a steward of the business.
You are curious about the industry and investigating how we can improve our marketing approach.
Working knowledge of Adobe suite.
Previous experience in WordPress (Desired not required)
Previous experience in MailChimp (Desired not required)
Amenable to work in the morning shift, temporary work from home with a permanent work location in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
