The Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO/SEM) is responsible for conducting research on services, and strategies that would provide new opportunities for furthering the Company’s online reach. This would involve handling of advertisements in Google and Social Media (primarily focusing on Facebook), SEO/SEM development and management, and will be working with developers in creating campaigns from ground up. The role requires solid knowledge in web analytics, and digital marketing, and an up-to-date knowledge and strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
Responsibilities
Determine and monitor SEO/SEM strategies, and work with strategy, content, design, and technology teams to implement SEO strategies and ensure sites are search engine friendly
Provide clear technical input on Digital Marketing initiatives from a paid advertising perspective
Create, maintain, and optimise a series of campaigns across a range of channels:
Paid search
Social media advertising
Digital display including prospecting, retargeting, and online video
Analyse web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
Manage and provide expert advice and guidance on AdWords campaigns including key word research, strategy and reporting
The role also involves making sure that the website and its plug-ins are running smoothly both in mobile and desktop, and will perform troubleshooting and modification should bugs come up to help achieve better user experience
This role will also be in charge of creating email campaigns and templates, which will run on Hubspot
Suggest and support strategic decisions based on website analytics and available sales data
Occasionally developing, drafting and creating web content for different audiences and mediums, including company website, and social media pages
Develop, implement and advise on best practice customer attraction and retention strategies
Liaise with internal teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
Perform troubleshooting and bug fixing should problems and issues arrive
Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
Any other task/duty as directed by client/management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any related course, preferred
Google AdWords Certification is an advantage
Candidates must possess at least two (2) to five (5) years extensive work experience in the field of Digital Media and in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Experience working with pay-for-performance search products such as Google AdWords and other relevant search engine advertising tools is preferred
Experience in managing a digital paid media budget
Proven “white hat” SEO techniques with other websites, and experience in CRM is preferred
Strong understanding in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JQuery, in PHP backend development, preferred
Experience in mobile and desktop minification and caching, and a background in troubleshooting band bug fixing, preferred
Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and in Hubspot and Salesforce integration, an advantage
Solid knowledge in web analytics programs (Google Analytics) is preferred
Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
Proven success in supporting the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns and strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and project management skills
Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
Must be willing to work in the early morning shift
