A Digital Marketing Specialist will be in charge of executing the day-to-day marketing activities of the full digital strategy with strong emphasis on SEO/SEM, Google Adwords and Facebook advertising whilst thriving with tight deadlines and the changing needs of the business.
ROLE OBJECTIVES:
Design and deliver an effective SEO/SEM national strategy for the group that is relevant, modern and fresh
Manage and optimise the AdWords campaigns to achieve the CPL and acquisition volume goals
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across the different digital channels which get results
Build and execute all campaigns from start to finish, leveraging the internal senior knowledge of the Directors
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Manage the budget and build the campaigns to unlock volume
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The development national digital marketing campaigns for the Australian market targeting consumers being parents and their children in addition to corporate HR teams
Regular market research and the creation and development of relevant and current content
Conceptualise and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all brand channels
Generate the required inbound Paid leads via Adwords
Generate the required inbound Organic leads via SEO/SEM
Generate the required inbound leads via Social platforms (Paid/Organic)
Plan, manage and develop the content plan
Gather customer and market insights to increase customer conversions
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Detailed management of all data analytics and campaign statistics across Website, Google, Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin
Provide weekly reporting and insights on each marketing channels performance
Develop the supporting promotional material using platforms like Canva
Internal education and training for key stakeholders of new marketing initiates
Provide ongoing marketing and sales support
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing
Candidates must possess more than 3 year’s experience in a marketing specialist role
This person must possess a strong background in the use of Google AdWords; experience in Facebook Ads is highly desirable
Demonstrated results across digital marketing
Must possess Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have a proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Must have strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Must be metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Must have a solid experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, in an early morning shift
