Digital Marketing Specialist

A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing inbound marketing strategies and improving commercial activities. The role managing paid advertising activities and optimizing channels day-to-day to ensure best results.

• Execute marketing automation operations (Hubspot);
• Manage paid advertising activities (Linkedin Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads) and optimize channels day-to-day to ensure best results
• Create email campaigns to promote new products and releases
• Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template and proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
• Analyze patterns in contact (prospect, clients, partners) data;
• Bringing creative ideas how to grow the team’s KPIs and A/B test those ideas.
• Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks
• Track, analyze and report marketing performance;
• Assist in marketing and sales collateral preparation

• With 3+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing or Content Marketing role
• Experience in web copywriting or blogging
• Comfortable with data, analytics and reporting
• Must be knowledgeable in the use of Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google Data Studio, MS Excel, SalesForce and Zendesk
• Knowledge in UX and SEO is a plus but not a strict requirement
• Has flawless command of the English language both written and oral with a knack for sentence structure and grammar
• Strong grasp of marketing and branding concepts
• Must be able to demonstrate effective time management skills - handle and prioritize multiple projects regardless of the inevitable changing scope, timelines, goals, deliverable, etc.
• Good track record in being able to adapt quickly to unscheduled work and impromptu projects
• Must be a team player comfortable in a collaborative environment
• Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, afternoon to graveyard shift
