As the Digital Marketing Specialist (SEM/PPC), your role will focus on the creation, management and ongoing optimization of Digital paid media campaigns for a variety of brands for the client. This incorporates paid search, digital display (prospecting and retargeting), online video advertising, and social media advertising activities.
You will be highly focused on driving quality leads into the business, optimizing accounts on an ongoing basis through testing, and dedicated to increasing the return on investment of Digital paid media activities. To this end, you will work closely with the senior Digital Paid Media Advisor, the Digital Marketing team and members of the broader Marketing Department to identify and develop opportunities.
Responsibilities
Create, maintain and optimize a series of campaigns across a range of channels:
Paid search
Social media advertising
Digital display including prospecting, retargeting and online video
Ensure our brands’ share of voice against competitors is maintained and expanded
Ensure the integrity of analytics data and its capture
Provide reporting and insights to the business
Ensure the regulatory compliance of our advertising
Manage the creation of landing pages for testing purposes
Provide clear technical input on Digital Marketing initiatives from a paid advertising perspective
Any other task/duty as directed by client/management
Qualifications
It is expected that the successful applicant will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any related course, preferred
Google AdWords Certification is an advantage
Candidates must possess at least two (2) to five (5) years extensive work experience in the field of Digital Media and in SEO/SEM
Ability to consistently improve our Digital paid media performance on an ongoing basis
Experience managing a Digital paid media budget, either of a significant size, or for a noteworthy company
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reporting, analysis, and insights appropriate for all levels of the organization
Exceptional attention to detail – we operate in a compliance environment where mistakes can have serious ramifications for the firm as a whole
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to provide useful input in the creation of eDMs, and their ongoing use to drive enquiries and increase conversion rates
Experience or knowledge of Google Tag Manager or similar
Excellent time, project and task management skills
Must be willing to work in Makati City or Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
Must be willing to work in the early morning shift

Ability to design and create Display ads or to provide valuable input
Ability to leverage CRM data in display retargeting campaigns
