About the Job and Team
The Email Marketing Coordinator role is an entry-level position, critical to assisting the marketing and sales teams to reach their goals. In this role, you will be executing our email marketing strategy, building data reports, and following email marketing best practices. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities
Support marketing email initiatives across our digital channels adhering to brand guidelines and fast-paced schedule
Implement weekly marketing email campaigns and update templates in Pardot CRM
Schedule and send up to eight emails a week
You will follow an email content calendar, proof content, conduct a/b testing, build lists and segmentation, and report weekly on results
Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from Salesforce and Pardot
Complete administrative tasks such as database cleanup or internal process documentation around emails and lead generation
You may be asked to update Landing Pages for marketing campaigns using current best practices to reach targeted audience and optimize conversions
Your primary success metric will be around demand generation, specifically lead generation, as well as weekly email engagement and influence reports
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or related experience, ideally in a Marketing or Business-related field
1+ years of experience on marketing team working with emails as assistant, associate, coordinator, or similar role
Excellent English – must be very comfortable writing and speaking in English
Comfortable reporting on email results
Must have experience building email campaigns
Preferred basic working knowledge of HTML (trainable)
Prior experience with CRM software, preferred knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Pardot
Ability to work within databases and office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and Airtable
Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative, and demanding work environment that requires meticulous attention to detail
A passion for learning and growing
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
Ability to forge relationships internally and externally
Interested candidates for this role must be willing to undergo training in the night shift, following the Eastern Standard Timezone.
The schedule will then transition to a mid-shift account once training is completed.
