The Email Marketing Coordinator will support marketing email initiatives across digital channels adhering to brand guidelines and fast-paced schedule. The role will also implement weekly marketing email campaigns and templates by building HTML emails in the CRM. The role will a champion in driving demand generation, specifically lead generation, as well as weekly email engagement and influence reports.
Responsibilities
Support marketing email initiatives across our digital channels adhering to brand guidelines and fast-paced schedule
Implement weekly marketing email campaigns and templates by building HTML emails in Pardot CRM
Schedule and send up to eight emails a week
You will follow an email content calendar, proof content, conduct a/b testing, build lists and segmentation, and report weekly on results
You may be asked to build and design Landing Pages for marketing campaigns using current best practices to reach targeted audience and optimize conversions
Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from Salesforce and Pardot
Complete administrative tasks such as database cleanup or internal process documentation around emails and lead generation
Your primary success metric will be around demand generation, specifically lead generation, as well as weekly email engagement and influence reports
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or related experience, ideally in a Marketing or Business related field
1+ years of experience on marketing team working with emails as assistant, associate, coordinator or similar role
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Comfortable reporting on email results
Must have experience building email campaigns and a working knowledge of HTML
Prior experience with CRM software, preferred knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Pardot
Ability to work within databases and office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and Airtable
Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative, and demanding work environment that requires meticulous attention to detail
A passion for learning and growth
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
Ability to forge relationships internally and externally
This is a permanent work from home setup
The training period will be conducted in the night shift and will later transition to the mid-shift once training is completed
