Responsible for conceptualizing purposeful engagement activities aligned to the overall business strategy and Core Values of the company
Organize and supervise activities to improve work relations, boost employee morale for employee retention
Develop strategies to help strengthen the organizational Vision, Mission, Culture and Values
Organize company wide and site based employee events (monthly site huddles, outings, sports fest, year-end party)
Work in collaboration with Clients, Client Services Supervisors to assess the team needs and design targeted employee recognition programs to achieve optimum level of performance and efficiency of client staff (team buildings, employee commendations, etc.)
The candidate will be responsible with the end-to-end management of engagement activities: from communication activities, project proposal presentations, budget proposal, allocation and monitoring, execution of actual event and post-event evaluation.
Any other task/duty as directed by client/management
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or equivalent
Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in working in the same capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop (an advantage), and is tech savvy
Highly organized, creative, and keen on details
Can work effectively with various types of people
Able to work independently, highly driven, team player
Fast learner and can communicate effectively
Good organizational and problem solving skills
With pleasing personality, positive working attitude, and customer service oriented
Strong facilitation, presentation, and collaboration skills
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Amenable to work in an early morning shift in Bonifacio Global City (7:00 am – 4:00 pm) and flexible schedules
