The primary responsibility of the role is to perform various administrative task in a daily basis and assist with CEO and senior leaders in the company.
Responsibilities
Provide confidential and pro-active support to our senior leaders
CEO Diary Management, Arranging meetings, conferences, or video calls
Reporting
Meeting preparation to assist leaders with everything they need prior to meetings
Assist with the preparation of documents or presentations
Assist with projects on an Ad hoc basis
Document management - organise, store, and archive paperwork in line with requirements
Some PA duties
Ad hoc administrative duties to senior leaders and the group
Produce correspondence including meetings and various forms of communication in a timely manner without errors
Ensure all documentation required is prepared and delivered within established deadlines
Communicate with stakeholders and staff members with empathy, compassion, and professionalism
Any other task/duty as directed by client/management
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s College Degree
At least 2 to 3 years of relative work experience in an administrative capacity and another related field
Relevant experience in data entry and file maintenance, transcription, delivering customer service,
Report collation, and writing
Accurate and effective client meeting and diary management
Proficient with Google and MS Office suites applications particularly Excel & Google sheets
Must have strong attention to detail, can work well under pressure
Has excellent time management and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be flexible to changing demands and challenges and exercise initiative
Exercise empathy and diplomatic exchange in all working relationships
Must be capable of taking responsibility and accountability, and must be robust in terms of direction, especially when the team is stressed
Must be able to fit in with the existing culture of the team
Must have stable internet connection
Schedule will be for Mondays to Fridays, morning shift (7:00AM-4:00PM MNL)
