Facilities and Admin Specialist (Cebu - Mid Shift)

Create payment requests for Facilities suppliers and contractors. Assist the housekeeping staff in various inventories. Collate and transmit billing statements, invoices and statement of accounts to the Finance Department. Files all Facilities documents. Assists the Facilities Supervisor in the collation of documents in preparation for audits, inspections, and client visits.

Responsibilities

  • Create payment requests for Facilities suppliers and contractors.
  • Assist the housekeeping staff in various inventories.
  • Check storage room logbooks.
  • Collate and transmit billing statements, invoices and statement of accounts to the Finance
    Department.
  • Files all Facilities documents.
  • Assists the Facilities Supervisor in the collation of documents in preparation for audits,
    inspections, and client visits.
  • Facilitates gate passes and work permits.
  • Assists in procurement, contract, and warranty management.
  • Leaver's checklist clearance for all staff.
  • Answers non-medical MyDiv tickets
  • Endorsement of received documents to the addressed department.
  • Prepares costing requests and looking for vendors.
  • Restaurant reservations request for clients (lunch, dinner)
  • Issuance of office supplies
  • Monitoring of Phone Excess Usage for all users
  • Conference Room Reservation Management
  • Payment requisition for minor items
  • Company ID processing
  • FNA supplies purchasing, requisition, inventory (pantry, cleaning, office and medical)
  • FNA Asset Tagging and Management
  • Assists with web Grab bookings for the management team.
  • Performs other related task assigned by the Admin Company Nurse Supervisor and Facilities
    Supervisor

Qualifications

  • Experience with Facilities Administration or any related field
  • Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule
  • Fresh graduates are open to apply
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work in IT Park, Cebu, 1 Nito Tower
