Finance Administrator

The Finance Administrator is responsible for performing general accounting functions such as preparing and creating reports to financial institutions and government agencies, monitoring and maintaining government documents, handling corporate expenses and manual books, and assisting in the monthly closing and external audit.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise, prepare and submit reports, and build harmonious internal and external work relationships with banks, suppliers, departments, and government agencies such as BIR, PEZA, SEC, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, and City Offices
  • Assist in the employee distribution of BIR forms and the updating of the company Alpha List
  • Handle employee advances, liquidations, and reimbursements (non-taxable allowances)
  • Handle the updating of manual books
  • Assist in the month-end closing and external audit
  • Assist in organizing, filing, and protecting all accounting and finance documents, including original registrations and licenses
  • Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time by his/her supervisor

Qualifications

  • University degree required preferably in Accountancy or any business course
  • With six (6) months to one (1) year work experience in treasury, payment processing, auditing, payroll preparation, and government remittances is preferred
  • A strong understanding of local statutory reporting and filing processes (i.e. BIR, SSS, HDMF, SEC, BOI, PEZA, and DOF) is preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Good management and interpersonal skills, approachable, and can deal with matters with integrity, fairness and diplomacy
  • Good English verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications with strong Microsoft Excel skills, and is tech savvy
  • With pleasing personality, positive working attitude, and is customer service-oriented
  • Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig in an early morning shift (7:00 am – 4:00 pm)
