We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role will involve a blend of financial reporting, compliance tasks, and merchandise-related responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance matters.
Responsibilities
Financial Reporting Tasks:
Refreshing and updating the weekly MMM Pulse Check.
Compiling and distributing weekly Sales Reporting and Cash Reporting.
Generating the End of Week Inventory Report.
Producing monthly P&L Reports for Market Leads, ensuring timely updates.
Assisting in Month End Reporting, including journal posting.
Supporting in the preparation of Board Packs.
Contributing to the Annual Budget process, particularly in Budget Upload tasks.
Handling ad-hoc financial duties as assigned.
Generating Actualised Cash Report for Cash Flow Forecasting.
Refreshing FX sheets for currency exchange rate analysis.
Financial Compliance Tasks:
Assisting in Monthly and Quarterly Sales Tax Return reports to Tax
Agencies in the US & Europe by managing downloading processes.
MerchandiseTasks:
Providing support in the monthly reforecast process.
Preparation of review spreadsheets for market leads.
Meeting with market leads to ensure accurate capture of reforecast values in LTD tools.
Inputting future exchange rates based on guidance from the Senior Financial Analyst.
Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of recap documents for leadership team presentations.
Participating in the preparation of annual budgets.
Conducting other merchandise-related tasks.
Updating key reports for review on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis, including stock on hand reports and weekly sales units reports.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or any Business related degree
At least 3+ years of experience as Finance Analyst
Minimum of 2 year experience in financial reporting and retail background is an advantage
Good working knowledge of accounting principles
Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
High level of intelligence and problem-solving ability.
Amenable to work Onsite Dayshift, BGC Taguig
