The Finance Manager will play a critical role developing and maintaining financial models related to business activity and communicating the financial story to the leadership team, in partnership with other members of the finance function.

Our proprietary platform uses advanced data science and machine learning to identify homes that fit investor criteria and optimize portfolio management and performance at scale.
Responsibilities
Maintain templates and coordinate preparation of annual budget, quarterly forecast and actual results, supporting variance analysis and narrative development
Perform recurring analysis of G&A spend, enabling better management decisions
Develop and maintain segment level P&L; report results to segment leaders
Ad hoc projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related discipline.
5+ years finance experience; FP&A experience in a complex organization desirable.
Self-starter with builder mentality
Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of data.
Ability to work well with others.
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Willing to work on a Hybrid Set-up in Cebu
