Front-End Developers

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Front-End Developer who is an advocate of lean designs and who loves working in a fast-paced environment. The Front-End Developer must be able to work between both worlds – collaborate in the design world, but also live and work in the technical world!

• Directly coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement predefined wireframes and sitemaps
• Design graphics for presentations and mobile-delivered applications
• Design and implement websites from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable
• Code and implement WordPress, Drupal, Joomla and other PHP sites from Photoshop layout through HTML/CSS to a custom theme, functions, and plugins
• Work closely with the development and design team to help apply new frontend techniques, features, enhancements, and content of existing websites
• Study and establish connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers
• Troubleshoot development across multiple environments and operating platforms
• Maintain a high awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies

• Must have a solid understanding of application programming, database and system design
• Good understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in SCRUM methodology, in particular software development processes, requirements engineering, configuration management, and software quality management
• Proficient with web and desktop applications design, architecture, development and test
• Strong technical documentation/interpretation skills
• Track record in applying the principles of a software development lifecycle
• Must have strong and impressive knowledge in the following:
  • Adobe CS Suite
  • HTML, CSS
  • JS particularly AngularJS
  • iOS (ObjectiveC and Swift)
  • Android
• Must have strong and impressive experience in the following:
  • Highly desirable experience with Sitecore and DMS 7.2
  • Extensive experience in designing for browser (desktop and mobile) and native Apps
  • Experience in producing wireframes from scratch using Sketch, Axure and Invision
  • Strong experience with cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum environment with short iterative design and development sprints
• Must have a pixel perfect attention to detail and an exceptional visual design and appreciation for minimal/modern interface design
• Ability to adapt and grow into sustaining existing systems and applying new technologies as the industry evolves
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to collaborate with team members
