Frontline and Application Support Analyst

The client is seeking an experienced analyst to support internal users, applications, and platforms.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing application and Level 1/2 desktop support for local and remote teams as well as managing and escalating frontline support tickets across a wide variety of technical support tasks. These include; user management, software deployment and licensing. You will have both a supportive team to work with and on-going training and development opportunities to enhance your skill-base

Qualifications

  • 2+ years IT service desk and desktop support experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, SQ Server, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy and RDS, Google G Suite
  • Wifi and Printer troubleshooting
  • Excellent Time Management & Organisational Skills
  • Ability to interact effectively within and across other teams
  • Analytical and data driven approach
  • Strong technical acumen, interpersonal and communication skills including both oral and written proficiency
  • Bonus: Exposure/Familiarity to Linux, PHP, C#, Visual
    Studio, ASP.net
  • Bonus: Experience with supporting Mac based devices in
    an enterprise environment
  • Bonus: experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central,
    Ubiquiti systems, vmware/vcenter, Azure Recovery Service,
  • Bonus: VOIP/SIP support and troubleshooting
